Terms and Conditions
GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. is a legally constituted company under the laws of Mexico, which purpose is the organization of trips and events focused on wine and gastronomic tourism, their main offices are located in the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
FORMS OF PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT.
GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. will inform the customer by e-mail or by printed media, the travel itinerary and the final price per person of the contracted travel.
To carry out the reservation of the trip, the client will pay and delivered to GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., the amount equivalent to the 30% of the final price per person of the contracted trip, which will be paid in a single display, within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of signature of the contract. The remaining balance of the total amount of the price of the trip must be paid at least 45 days before the date of the start of the journey. If the reservation is made less than 45 days prior to the start date, the full amount shall be paid.

If payments are not made on the indicated dates, the contract will be cancelled and the total amount of the deposit will be lost. All payments will be made in Euros, by electronic transfer or deposit to the account of the company under the name GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL, S.A. de C.V.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing and carried out by the person who made the reservation. The cancellation shall have effect from the first working day of the receipt of the notice of cancellation.
The cancellation will take effect the first working day after receipt by GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. If the cancellation is made with more than 30 days prior to the start of the trip or event date, we will return all of the amount paid, less 30% per person for administration charges or any spending Bank if any. If the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the start date, there will be no refunds.
Some business or corporate events or personal travel shall be subject to a different cancellation policy, by which GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., shall report in writing to the client before hiring the service.
Without exception, there will be no refund of the amounts paid by the client, when it incurs in any of the following cases: (i) if it does not arise in the right place at the time of departure; (ii) If you arrive late to the place and time of departure where it began the trip; (iii) if it interrupts the trip or if you decide to voluntarily not participate in any activity or service contracted to carry out the trip.
The client may transfer rights and obligation of our services, as long as he communicates to GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. within 45 days prior to the start date of the trip or event.
CHANGES AND/OR MODIFICATIONS.
If the customer wishes to make changes in a reservation, GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. will do everything possible to satisfy your demand, but the customer will take care of the additional costs that may result from such changes. In addition, GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to make a charge to the customer who will communicate in writing to cover administration costs.
If the customer wishes to make changes once started the trip, GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. will not be liable for economic loss, damage or additional expense produced as a result of these changes. There will be no refund of any amount paid by the customer.
GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., recommends customer hiring of trip cancellation insurance to prevent economic losses that may arise from a personal emergency, illness, accident, loss of baggage or other circumstances requiring the customer to cancel or interrupt the trip. GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for the economic damage that may result to the client, for the cancellation of the contracted travel. The client agrees, that is exclusively his responsibility hiring insurance necessary to participate in the development of the trip.
Persons involved in the trip, must be of legal age. The participants agree to respect the route in its entirety, times, dates, and be present at the meeting places specified in the travel itinerary. They are also always obligated to carry their passport and other special documents required on the place or places of the trip, assuming the consequences for not carrying these documents or the fact that they are not valid or in force. The participants shall enjoy good physical and mental state, and must provide the information requested in the Medical Form that will be send by GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., stating that knows how the trip will take place and has no impediment to participate in the regular monitoring of the same.
GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., reserves the right to modify wineries and visited chateaux, hotels and restaurants that are specified in the route according to the availability of suppliers, or if the company sees fit for service improvement, in case of any modification, GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. will replace any provider of equal prestige, quality, category and provision of services. GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. will notify customer in writing of any modification made to the route.
The customer accepts the modifications GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., made to the route, produced by climatic circumstances, health, unforeseen impositions of the suppliers or the country destination and other circumstances of force majeure.
In addition, GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for damage suffered by the customer as a result of non-execution or poor execution of the contract, when these are due to reasons of majeure force.
All prices include taxes and they are correct at the time of its publication, and these are expressed in Euros.
Wine tourism groups. A single price per participant that depends on the room´s choice (single or double) along the trip. Personalized and Configurable Wine Tourism and Events. The final price of the trip will depend on the number of participants, choice of accommodations and restaurants, wineries and chateaux visited and activities included in the program or itinerary, which will be sent to the customer together with the final price of the trip.*
The price can only be changed if the scope of service is increased, in this case must record this change in the corresponding contract, either, when there is a variation in the rate by our suppliers or a rise in the tax rate for the destination country which will contact the customer prior to payment. Once the payment is made, GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. undertakes to respect the agreed price.
The client will pay any expenses incurred during the trip which is not specified in the itinerary, contract or quotation.

This card recognizes customer as part of the program of loyalty Club Privileges and acquired free by acquiring any of our services. This cannot be used as a credit or debit card. The balance covering of Privilege Points may not be paid to a credit account.
It only may used to exchange your Privilege Points when purchasing any of our services again.
GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. will not be responsible in cases of theft, or loss of your card, nor by the misuse that is made under its discharge power.
GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V., is responsible for coordinating the services detailed in the itinerary of the trip, but will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, nor or economic damages that may occur during the trip, and will not be responsible for damages that our service providers could generate when is due to outside, abnormal and unpredictable circumstances whose consequences could not been avoided, despite having acted with due diligence. GRUPO VINOS Y ARTE INTERNACIONAL S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for the conduct that the customer has during the trip or event.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Mexico. Any dispute shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
